Ireland's home-seekers have been an afterthought to the people who run the listing portals. HomeGenie exists to put them at the centre.

Why we built this

The country's existing portals were built for estate agents, not for buyers. That shows in every detail — the inflated descriptions, the missing sold prices, the BER ratings buried four clicks deep, the “Price on application” that means call us so we can qualify your budget.

A property platform should make a tired, anxious buyer's day simpler, not harder. Sold-price history should be on every listing. The BER should be visible at a glance. Transport and school context should be there before you have to ask. That's the product we're building.
